All Fotocase phone cases are custom-made and personalized based on the information and images provided by the customer.
Because of this, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

๐ฆ Damaged Items (Only Refund Exception)
Refunds or replacements are only offered if the item arrives damaged during shipping.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

๐ธ Clear photos showing the shipping damage
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
๐ Lost Packages
If your order is confirmed as lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund after completing an investigation with the carrier.
โณ Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, production begins and the order can no longer be cancelled.
